We try to make an every effort to keep our website and services restructured, please keep note that our prices and services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We truly appreciate your business and love having you as our client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time to anyone and for whichever reason.
We recommend that you check-in 30 minutes prior to allow enough time for paperwork that may be deemed necessary before doing treatment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to the other client. In such instances, please refer to the following late/cancellation guidelines.
We accept cash and credit cards at the moment.
There’s a 24-hour window to cancel or refund your unused packages, and this is maybe in the form of email, phone or text. Any used services in your package will not be refunded. All service sales are final and non-refundable.
We deeply appreciate referrals. To show our warm appreciation, if the client you refer purchases a package, you will receive a $50.00 credit to be used towards any service of your choice. It’s our special way of saying “Thank You” for giving us the opportunity to extend our professionalism and caring with the work that we perform.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent cancellation fee charges. We do understand that unavoidable circumstances happen; however, if your appointment is not cancelled without a 24-hour period, you will be charge 50% of your scheduled service. If you are no show, we charge 100% of your scheduled service.
If your appointment is not cancelled within 24-hour period, we consider it confirmed. Any cancellations made after are subject to charge for each service and because of this, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
If we don't have a valid credit card on file and unable to charge you late fee; we reserve the right to automatically forfeit one of your voucher credits. This applies to new Groupon clients.
For regular clients: We reserve the right to take it out from the packages you have bought.
